Nori, powered by The Sweat Way Law Firm, is a case management CRM built for consumer-law work such as TCPA, FDCPA and bankruptcy matters. It brings the pipeline, settlements, e-signature, affiliate payouts and client intake into one secure workspace for staff, with a separate portal where clients follow their case.
Every matter moves through many stages, documents, deadlines and conversations, and generic tools left that work scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets. The firm needed one secure system where staff run every case end to end and clients can see their progress without chasing the team.
A custom web app with a firm dashboard for priorities, accounting payouts and reserves, an intake queue with bulk assign, all cases with stage and assignee filters, matter development, a litigation center for deadlines, paralegal assignment and export, a settlement tracker, tasks, notebook, clients, company contacts, team chat and Outlook integration. Time tracking covers log hours, a timer and clock in and out, and the client portal lets clients track progress, sign documents and message their paralegal.
